Based on the Isle of Skye, The Peatbog Faeries released their fifth album last summer and have played to audiences all over the world. In December 2008, the band won the award for 'Best Live Act' at the prestigious Scots Trad Music Awards. A traditional style with Highland bagpipes, fiddle and whistles. Their music is contemporary with influences of various world music forms such as African, Jazz, Rock, Dance etc.
